The LEMON Bar is now shaped by Markus Rosenburg, our new Head Bartender, whose passion, expertise and experience elevate every glass. Markus has been part of the gastronomy and bar scene since 2009 and has built an impressive career in some of Switzerland’s most renowned bars and hotels, including Restaurant & Bar DU PONT Zurich, Hotel Limmatblick Zurich, Suite & Lounge Bar Lucerne and the award-winning Paradies Bar Baden.
His work has received notable recognition, including “Best Newcomer Bar 2023/2024” and a place among the Top 101 Bars in Switzerland. A true connoisseur of premium spirits – with a particular passion for gin – Markus combines creativity, structure and warm hospitality. His international experience, leadership skills and eye for detail bring a distinctive signature to the LEMON Bar.
